Biography

Mrs. Wall has served as Senior Vice President – Strategic Operations & Chief of Staff since September 2025. In this role, she leads cross-functional initiatives focused on long-term growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Mrs. Wall brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and customer experience. She previously held various leadership roles within the Company, most recently as Senior Vice President of US Operations, Sales and Support. Mrs. Wall holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University.
